I used to take all of society's advice for my success. Go to college at a "top ranked" school. Get a high paying or fancy job title at a fancy company. Humbly start from the bottom and work yourself up! Put in extra hours and extra work to prove you're worthy for your next!
But those traditional methods didn't work so I was super frustrated.
Even though, I was my high school's valedictorian and a cum laude college graduate (B.S. and M.Ed.), I still settled for an administrative assistant position for seven (7) years, because I seriously did not know who I was as a whole, let alone my own natural gifts.
I lacked self-worth, and I believed the lie that I had to start small and work my way to the top. False humility!
I finally realized that everyone's idea of what is "successful" ain't the same.
Success is subjective so I had to begin refining success on an individual level for true internal satisfaction and fulfillment.
I stopped forcing myself to fit into careers and workplaces that I don't fit in with, even if a friend or mentor says "it's a growing career or the place to be, aka a fortune 500 company!"
I started acquiring personal success by focusing on myself, my identity and then seeking out a career and work environment that ALIGNED with me
and my vision. I now peacefully release positions or organizations where I may have outgrown for someone else to serve in.

How long is the program?
The program is 16 weeks in total. Ten (10) weeks of recorded modules with six (6) additional weeks of implementation.
What is the format of this program?
This is a blended training course. Your modules are web based pre-recorded modules delivered to you combined with weekly live group coaching calls.
Do I get the modules all at once? Can I fast forward to future modules?
The modules are locked and only module will be released once a week, for 10 weeks. (Module 1 is released during week 1, and so forth).
How long will I have access to the program videos?
You will have access to the program videos for a total of six (6) months. The clock begins at the start of the program plus two (2) additional months. The program videos = pre-recorded modules and live Q&A recorded calls.
Will there be a community?
Yes, You will receive an email with a link to the virtual private community after paying. This private community is to post homework, ask questions, and provide support. We're big on interaction which helps with retention and implementation! :)
How long will I have access to the private community?
You will have access to the private community for 16 weeks.
When and where are the live Q&A calls?
The group Q&A calls will be live on Thursdays, via Zoom, at 7pm ET. If you cannot attend the live sessions, the replays will be available within 24 hours of the live Q&A call. You can also submit questions in advance.
What is the duration of the live Q&A calls?
It varies based upon the number and depth of your questions. However, the average call will be 60/90 minutes - 2 hours max based on how the conversation flows. (These are group calls.)
How much time does the assessment require?
It's a three (3) hour assessment.Take it in one setting or multiple settings.
What is the size of the small group mock interviews?
Your small group mock interview sessions will be 2-3 clients max, plus me, your coach. (This is only for fast action-paid in full clients.)
When will I receive my custom built resume?
You will get your resume for ONE career that aligns with you by the end of week 12 of the program. (This is only for fast action-paid in full clients.)
What is the duration of the small group mock interviews?
The small group mock interviews will last approximately 90 minutes.
When does the program start?
